Cyprus Engineering Stores Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. All prices listed are in euros, which your account will be charged in.

 

Delivery Conditions

We aim to dispatch all orders for in-stock items the next working day after receipt of payment, or in the case of account customers, order. Risk of loss of items passes to you the customer upon receipt at your premises. Delivery to different addresses may incur additional costs at our discretion.

 

Title to the Goods

Title to the goods passes to you the customer only when full payment has been received by us.

 

Product Descriptions

We aim to be as accurate as possible when describing a product. However we do not guarantee that product description or other content on this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product you receive is not as described you should return it to us immediately in an unopened, unused condition.

 

Payment by Credit Card

This site accepts Visa and MasterCard. All credit card payments are processed through JCC payment system. All prices listed are in euros.

 

Acceptance

By placing an order with us or accepting delivery from us, the customer accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

Application of Law

By visiting our website you agree that the laws of the Republic of Cyprus will govern the conditions of use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and Cyprus Engineering Stores Ltd.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these conditions of use at any time. Delivery

Unless specifically defined at the time of ordering, all deliveries will be made free of charge by our transport to your designated premises in the Republic of Cyprus. Third party deliveries can be made by us, but may be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

 

Overseas Deliveries

We can arrange for an express delivery service for overseas customers. Please email us the exact delivery location and we will provide you with a quote and delivery time for this service.

 

Damage or Shortages

We take great care to make sure all goods are accurately picked and well packaged for the journey, however in the unlikely event goods arrive damaged or there is a shortage, please notify us immediately and we will resolve the matter at no cost to you.

 

Faulty Goods

Any items deemed to be of faulty manufacture must be returned within 7 days. The customer bears the cost of return, unless agreed otherwise. CES will endeavour to repair or replace the faulty item within 7 days of receipt of said item.

 

Incorrect Ordering

If you order an item incorrectly, please return it to us for replacement. All returned items must be returned to us in original condition and with original packaging, tags and receipt. 

 

General Returns Info

You can return an item within 7 days of receipt of delivery for refund or replacement. All returns whether for exchange, refund or incorrectly ordered must be returned to us in the original condition and with original packaging, tags and receipt. Failure to do so may mean that we will not be able to accept your notification or return.
